Here you will find a simple Enrollment Form 

to apply for Flute or Recorder Lessons Online.




1. Make sure that you read through the Terms and Conditions and understand them properly, you are welcome to email me on the contact page if anything is unclear.

2. Once you fill out the form, giving your Full Name, Email and confirmed the short message, i.e; 'I wish to apply for Flute Lessons' and send it, that  short email will be a confirmation of your intention to begin lessons.

3. When I receive your completed form I will email you with all the relevant information.

This will include

• My skype address 
• My phone contact number

Once the process is under way I will arrange a suitable time when we can both link up on skype in order to:

• Meet one another online.
• Check that everything is working as it should..
• You will be able to ask any questions you may have.
• We will then arrange when we will begin your flute or recorder lessons.
