Please review these carefully so that you understand the requirements.

If you decide to apply for tuition I will send you the following document as text link and when you complete the simple form provided and return it to me it will be received as your acceptance of the following requirements and conditions. 

Equipment Requirements;

   1. What software and hardware are students required to             have in order to interact successfully in  Skype lessons:

• A Skype Account.
• You will need a computer or laptop. 
• A high speed internet connection.
• Your computer will need to have a microphone and webcam.
• You will also need a set of headphones.

Technical Interruptions;

  1. What will happen in the case of technical problems and interruptions during a lesson. 

• If there are technical interruptions that prevent a lesson from proceeding satisfactorily another lesson time will be scheduled that suites both of us.

Payments;

1. How much?

• Lessons cost, $25.00 half hour.
•                         $50.00 one hour.
•                         $225.00 5 x one hour lessons.
• If you pay for five lessons in advance, you will receive a 10% discount.  

2. When to pay? 

• Payments are to be made in advance of the commencement of lessons.

3. How to pay? 

• We find the easiest method to pay for lessons is via PayPal. It is fast and safe and can be set up on-line. 
• But if you prefer to use a different method you can email me directly to arrange it. 

4. Refunds.

• Once lessons commence there are no refunds given. 

Cancellations;

   
1. How much notice should be given prior to cancellation?

• When possible students should give a weeks notice in the case of a cancellation.

   
2. Rescheduling lessons. 

• When reasonable advance notice has been given all efforts will be made to reschedule a missed lesson.
